Exchange Policy
1 All products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or order cancellations.
2 *Non-exchangeable items*: Items priced at half off or below, website-exclusive styles, and non-footwear products (including but not limited to apparel and socks) are not eligible for exchange or return.
3 *Exchangeable items*: Except non-exchangeable, if you need to exchange, please ensure that the product has not been used and is accompanied by the original receipt and packaging. The item must also be in perfect condition.
4 Eligible orders can be exchanged once within 30 days of purchase.
5 For overseas orders , all shipping costs and taxes incurred during the exchange process will be borne by the customer.
6 If the amount exchanged by the customer is lower than the original price, we will not provide additional refunds or reimbursement.
7 A top up is required for exchanges to higher value items.
8 If there is any dispute, THE KORNER LIMITED reserves the right of final decision.

換貨政策
1 所有產品均不設退貨、退款或取消訂單服務。
2 *不設換貨的商品*：半價或半價以下的商品、特賣品、網站限定款式及非鞋類產品（包括但不限於服飾類、襪款）恕不接受退換。
3 *符合換貨的商品*：除了不設換貨的商品外，若您需要為其他商品進行換貨，請確保商品未經穿著，並且附有收據正本和原包裝盒，商品本身也需保持完好無損。
4 符合上述條件的訂單可在購買後的30天內到門市進行換貨一次。
5 海外訂單若需進行換貨，換貨過程中衍生之運費、稅金均由顧客承擔。
6 若顧客所換商品的金額低於原本商品的金額，本店將不予額外的退款或補償。
7 若顧客所換商品的金額高於原本商品的金額，則需支付差額。
8 若有任何爭議，THE KORNER LIMITED 保留最終決定權。
