Selected products may be eligible for exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy. Items discounted by 50% or more, website-exclusive styles, and non-footwear products, including but not limited to apparel and socks, are not eligible for exchange.
Eligible items may be exchanged once within 30 days of purchase, provided that they are unused, unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt and packaging.
If an exchanged item is of a lower value than the original item, the price difference will not be refunded or credited. If the exchanged item is of a higher value, the customer is required to pay the price difference.
For overseas orders, all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and other charges incurred during the exchange process are the responsibility of the customer.
